Martin Chiasson is Vice President of TeleWeb Operations for Xerox Canada, located in Saint John, New Brunswick. 

Xerox TeleWeb operations combine the use of the Internet with advanced telecommunications skills to deliver improved customer contact, coverage and service.

Chiasson has been with Xerox Canada for 23 years and has held sales and account management positions in Halifax, Fredericton, Calgary and Toronto. In 1995, he launched the Xerox Canada Customer Service Contact Center in Saint John. Other experience includes his role as customer service district manager for Western Canada and corporate account manager for the Xerox Finance Division. In 2000 he was recognized as a President’s Award winner from the corporation, an award given to 25 employees worldwide on an annual basis.  

Chiasson attended Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration.

Chiasson lives in Saint John with his wife, Gisele, and their three children. Actively involved in the community, he recently was the chairperson of the Educational Partnership Center of Greater Saint John, as well as chairperson of the Rally of Hope Foundation which focuses on major fundraising events for the local Saint John Hospital. He is also a former director of the Saint John Board of Trade.
