Galaxe Pride At Work
Senior Advisory Council

The Galaxe Pride At Work Service Board asked that Senior LGBT employees serve on a Senior Advisory Council. The Council has now been established and is operating.

Note that setting up the Advisory Council does not mean that the Service Board is changing the role of the Service Board or the charter of Galaxe Pride at Work.

The roles and responsibilities of the Advisory Council, as approved by the Board, are:

• To validate and assist in the formulation of the strategic direction for GALAXE.
• To help GALAXE gain credibility with senior and middle management.
• To join the Service Board and the general membership in implementing particular strategies as needed.
• To help the Service Board further develop our leadership skills so we may serve GALAXE more effectively.
• To serve as role models for how to successfully manage careers while honoring our LGBT identity.

Following are the members of the Senior Advisory Council from which the GALAXE webmaster has received biographies for publication. Information on additional Council members will be added as it is received.
