Attached Xerox Gender Transition Guidelines are a great resource compiled by Xerox Human Resources to help with considerations and support.  From the Overview: 
Xerox includes “gender identity” in its Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action and Non-Discrimination policy, HR 201.0. Likewise, Xerox’s Sexual Harassment policy, HR 201.3, prohibits harassment or other conduct that contributes toward a hostile work environment on the basis of an individual’s gender identity. Consistent with these policies, employees may transition their physical and/or legal sex to conform to their sense of gender identity without fear of discrimination, harassment or retaliation.
